I'm Tom and for nearly 20 years I co-owned a successful wholesale cake bakery, Cakesmiths in Bristol. We completely disrupted the market by changing the way coffee shops buy cake, allowing us to stimulate the market in a way that had never been done before. Prior to that I dabbled in coffee way before it was sexy and an even younger me managed cocktail bars in Oxford, London and Hong Kong.
